F&Q

When is your next semester program start date?

The next program starts on January 16th, 2018.  The program runs until March 15, 2018.

What is your student instructor ratio?

We want your child to have fun learning Taekwondo with us and be safe doing so.  For this reason, our ratio will not exceed 15:1.  Because of this low ratio, spots are limited for each class!

How long will it take for my child to earn a belt?

It typically takes a student 10-12 weeks to earn a belt.  Our belt system varies by skill and age.  If you have more questions about our belt system please contact one of our instructors.

Does my child need to purchase a uniform?

No! We provide your child with a uniform and a belt when they sign up for the program.  Additional uniforms are available for purchase.  Each uniform cost $25 plus tax.

Are there any testing fees?

Here at BMA Taekwondo, we try our best not to charge extra fees for testing.  Currently, testing is included in the price for most belt promotions.  When students test for black belt there is a fee for Kukkiwon testing.

Does my child need pads for sparring?

Absolutely! At  BMA Taekwondo, safety while sparring is of the utmost importance.  All sparring requires the appropriate protective gear and the adherence to light contact sparring rules.  For this reason, all students must have protective pads to participate.

Are there any other costs I should know about?

Throughout the year BMA Taekwondo host seminars, parent’s night out, tournaments, private lessons, and birthday parties at our Longwood location.  All of these events are optional to attend and do have an extra cost associated with it.  If you have any questions about hosting your child’s birthday party with BMA Taekwondo or any of the other events please contact us at breakwondomartialarts@gmail.com.
